Accessibility Statement

Last updated: November 19, 2025

We at StoryYou are committed to making our website, storyyou.co, accessible and usable for people of all abilities. Our goal is for every visitor to be able to browse, understand, and interact with our content with the same ease and enjoyment.

A legal disclaimer

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. Accessibility can be achieved through the built-in capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, as well as through assistive technologies (such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other tools).

We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our site and services. However, accessibility is an ongoing effort, and despite our best intentions and work, some areas of the site may not yet be fully optimized for every type of assistive technology.

Nothing in this statement should be taken as legal advice, and you should consult local laws in your area or region to understand your specific rights.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We strive to align our site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA wherever reasonably possible.

As part of this effort, we have:

  • Used Wix’s Accessibility Wizard to identify and address potential accessibility issues

  • Set the default language of the site

  • Reviewed and adjusted the content order of pages to better support screen reader navigation

  • Defined clear heading structures across our pages

  • Added alternative text to meaningful images wherever possible

  • Implemented color combinations and contrast intended to meet recommended contrast ratios

  • Reduced or avoided unnecessary motion and animations where feasible

  • Aimed to ensure that videos, audio, and files include accessible controls and clear descriptions

We continue to review the site on a regular basis and make improvements as we identify new opportunities to support accessibility.

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content.

Some content or functionality on our site may be provided by third parties (for example, embedded forms, external media players, or links to other services). We do not control these third-party elements and cannot guarantee that they fully meet the same accessibility standards as our own content.

If you encounter accessibility issues with third-party content linked or embedded on storyyou.co, please let us know so we can review alternatives or provide assistance where possible.
