StoryYou Refund Policy
Because StoryYou narratives are custom, made-to-order digital products, we don’t usually offer refunds once we’ve started creating your story. That said, we always want you to feel supported and treated fairly.
1. Before you submit your questionnaire
-
If you’ve purchased a StoryYou narrative but haven’t submitted your questionnaire yet, you can request a full refund.
-
Just email us at [your support email] with your order details and we’ll cancel and refund your purchase.
2. After you submit your questionnaire
Once you submit your questionnaire, we immediately begin crafting your personalized script and audio. Because this is custom work created specifically for you:
-
Refunds are generally not available after questionnaire submission.
-
Instead, if something feels off in your story (tone, emphasis, small details), we’ll happily:
-
Fix obvious errors (name, pronouns, key facts), and
-
Make one light revision to better match your intention and preferences.
-
3. If you don't receive your narrative
-
Re-send your files, and
-
If we’re unable to deliver your narrative for any reason on our side, we’ll provide a full refund.
4. Quality issues or technical problems
If there’s a technical issue with your audio file (corrupted, won’t play, etc.) or a major mistake in the script:
-
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email].
-
We’ll repair or re-record your narrative at no extra cost.
Our goal is for your StoryYou narrative to feel usable, listenable, and aligned.
Legal Note
